Operating out of Tampa, Florida and Los Angeles, California, Relationship Academy Inc. was founded by Dr. Richard Wallace, Fabian Padro and Debby Wallace. As a Family and Sports Medicine physician, Dr. Wallace has been able to establish very good rapport with patients over the years of practicing medicine. 

With some very candid conversations, these patients would open up about their concerns with their current and past relationships.  This recurring topic seemed to be the source of stress ultimately leading to many other problems. It wasn’t until some very close family and friends began to approach with marital problems that he realized the gravity of the problem and the lack of resources available that actually help in this area of life.

In order to solve any problem one has to know exactly how something works. The common denominator in all relationship failures is the lack of understanding or knowledge of what a relationship actually is and how it works.
